Form I must be submitted through our site by Friday December 20th, 2024.

 

Registration Form II: Delegates Registration

Form II must be submitted through our site by Friday January 31st, 2025.

Changes or Late Submission of Form II

After the 7th of February 2025, a 15€ fee will be charged for any changes (or late submission) of Form II. This charge will be implemented for each delegation.

(ex: changes in 3 delegations = 45€)

Late deposit of fees

After the 7th of February 2025, a 50€ fee will be implemented to schools that have not proceeded with their payments in total.

Refund policy

Please make note that there will be no refund of conference fees to any delegates or schools,

after the bank deposit has been made for any reason.
